Urban Modern Retreat

We are incredibly excited to finally share with you the home tour of our newest project: Urban Modern Retreat! This custom home in Vancouver has a contemporary and cosmopolitan feel that is still comfortable and family-friendly. It’s the perfect balance of style and functionality that we’re proud to showcase.

With countertops that look and feel like concrete, black metal staircase spindles, and oversized modern light fixtures – this space’s industrial elements add an undeniable cool factor. Lori Sutherland, Founder & Principal of Studio Ten Interior Design, did an incredible job of translating these clients’ styles and needs into a stunning dream home. She utilized her keen eye for detail and expert design skills to create a home that’s not only beautiful but also practical.

Furthermore, if that wasn’t enough, you bet it was built The Clay Way! Larry Clay, Founder & President of Clay Construction, details all of the construction best practices we employed to make this home not only beautiful but built to last. With his extensive experience and knowledge of building techniques, he made sure that every aspect of this home’s construction was done with utmost care and precision.

In short, the Urban Modern Retreat is a true masterpiece that showcases the skill, passion, and expertise of our team. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and grateful to everyone who contributed to making this project a success.
