Last night, several members of our team attended the prestigious HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence ‘Oiree. This annual event recognizes outstanding achievements in the housing industry. As the attendees waited for the announcement of the finalists for this year’s awards, the atmosphere was electric. When nominees for each category were revealed, the tension in the room was noticeable. However, when our project, the “Urban Modern Retreat,” was nominated for the coveted award for Best Custom Home Under $1 Million, the team was overjoyed.

This nomination was a particularly special moment for the team, as it represented many long hours and hard work. Every detail of the Urban Modern Retreat had been carefully crafted with the goal of creating an exceptional living space. Thus, being recognized for this effort by such a respected industry organization was both a thrill and an honor. As a result, the team felt an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude.

As the team celebrated this exciting news, thoughts immediately turned to the upcoming gala event in May. This is when the winners of the awards would be announced. The team is counting down the days until they can gather with industry peers to celebrate the best in housing.
