Step 4: Permitting and Project Preparation
Our team coordinates permits, engineering, geotechnical reporting when required, and other pre-construction details. Addressing these items early creates a clearer path into construction.
Step 5: Construction & Reporting
Your client portal provides access to daily logs, site photos, schedule milestones, and financial updates. You also receive regular invoices, budget reports, and documentation of important construction details.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Handover
Before move-in, we complete a detailed room-by-room walkthrough. You also receive your Homeowner’s Manual with construction photos, system information, warranties, and important documentation about your home.
Step 7: Ongoing Warranty Support
Your new home includes 2-5-10 home warranty coverage for eligible labour and materials, the building envelope, and structural defects. Our team also remains available after move-in to support the home we built.
